Decarbonization Enthusiast / Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your contribution:

  • Design of processes, plants and equipment for CO2 capture and recovery (Carbon Capture/CO2 Recovery)
  • Calculation, specification, procurement and handling of plant equipment (e.g. refrigeration plants, compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, cooling towers, apparatus, valves)
  • Participation in the preparation of engineering documentation (P&I flow diagrams, operating manuals, engineering lists, etc.) • Support during commissioning
  • Involvement in new and further development of processes and plants After successful familiarization, further development to a new role as "Decarbonization Enthusiast / Project Manager (m/f/d)" is intended.

Your qualification:

  • You have a degree in engineering in the field of process engineering, refrigeration technology, energy technology or comparable. In addition, your skills include
  • Good knowledge of thermodynamics and process simulation
  • Several years of experience in engineering or in the execution of process engineering projects, e.g. in the chemical industry, ammonia plants, gas industry, refrigeration plants, etc.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment complete your profile
  • EU citizen or Schengen work visa
